Bucket list shoots include: Blowing things up on set for Schweppes with an Amorist.  Building a retro antipasto tower for Moro olive oil tvc in a colourful wonderland. Building a Hinterland rainforest set in the studio for Hinterland Ice-cream. Working on Woll tvc with culinary icon Martin Benn. Throwing paint in the air for NAB bank & creating an iconic dessert. Concepting & creating a food chandelier for Masterchef Australia. Building food sculptures for MasterChef & working on a Netflix tv show, Apple Cider Vinegar, which is due to come out in 2025, which includes multiple food scenes & a mouthwatering 7 metre tablescape of food.
